CommNexus: Journal of Communication Dynamics applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, validity, and academic integrity of published articles. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.

Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following review stages:

1. Initial Editorial Screening

The Editorial Office and Editor-in-Chief conduct an initial evaluation to determine whether the manuscript aligns with the journal’s aims and scope, follows the author guidelines, demonstrates originality, and meets basic academic quality standards. Manuscripts that do not fulfill these requirements may be rejected without proceeding to external peer review.

2. Peer Review

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, theoretical contribution, research methodology, significance, clarity, validity of findings, and overall contribution to the field of communication studies.

3. Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions:

• Accept
• Minor Revision
• Major Revision
• Reject

4. Revision Process

Authors who receive revision requests are required to submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments within the specified timeframe. The revised manuscript should address all reviewer recommendations appropriately.

5. Final Decision

The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding publication after evaluating the revised manuscript and, when necessary, considering further input from the reviewers.

All reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and maintain the confidentiality of all manuscripts under review.
